Packing（包裝）
Critical
JCP  product : Packaging same as MTL test result;   JCP產品包裝同MTL測試結果
Goods  : free of dust in goods. 產品無塵
Back  panel to attached with screws 6 to 8 inches apart.背板鏍絲間隔6-8” 的距離
No  stacking marks / dent in goods.產品無疊痕/凹陷
No  bowing or warping on all top or shelves. No veneer  splitting.面板及層板干凈平坦, 薄片無開裂
All  goods underneath is nicely stained.產品反面備色良好
Correct  instruction or assemble sheet enclosed. 附有正確的組立 Assembly Instructions
Correct  qtys on hardware or component. 五金及部件數量正確
Correct  Identification or marking on parts 部件標識正確
Correct  hardware and assemble location / position on goods. 五金位置正確
Correct  technique and type of waxing used 用蠟正確
Wrapped  correct parts separately. Example: RTA Bun Foot, bed post .. Etc.零部件單獨包裝正確
All  assemble hardware locate or stapled at the correct location.組立五金位置正確
RTA  parts location was clearly stated. Example : Notes stating Bun  foot inside drawer. Etc.

Finishing涂裝
Overall  finishing color look okay / Finish consistent on all KD parts compared to  master color panel. 產品整體涂裝顏色正確/均勻
All  stapler or nail holes need to be nicely fill with the correct color of putty. 釘孔位置補土顏色正確
All  goods smoothly final sanded 砂光良好
No  metal component rough, rusting, scaling 金屬部件無粗造生銹
Correct  type of distressing.破壞處理正確
All  MDF visible edges need to be filler and well sanded before finishing.看得見的MDF邊涂裝前需填補砂光好
No  glues / water marks 無膠印及水痕
All  glazes correct and well clear.  Glaze正確使用；
Correct  highlighting techniques 正確的亮度
Correct  padding technique正確的干拍
Correct  dry brushing techniques正確的干刷
Correct  specker / cowtail techniques also sizes, color and area.正確的斑點牛尾處理
Correct  lacquer sheen as per sign off color panel.亮度與簽樣色板一致
No  run & drips / orange peel / bubbles / blushing .. Etc無流漆，滴漆，桔皮及氣泡

All  resin parts finishes look okay.樹脂涂裝正確
Under  side of all table or case top need to finish and smooth.桌面反面及柜子頂部有涂裝且光滑
Armoire  top panel need to be stained and smooth.大衣柜頂部要上色且光滑
Nicely  stain & top coat for all interior drawer抽內要備色良好且需上面漆

Appearance外形
MC  test between clamping wood pieces ( Max 2% Different) 含水率正確（最大2%的差距）
MC  on wood should be below 12 % 含水率低于12%
No  burn, cutter, roller mark ..etc沒有被燒，砍及被壓的印跡
No  season cracks or splitting沒有季節性裂縫及開裂
No  wood crack / split / warped 木材沒有開裂及彎曲
No  veneer delaminating, overlapping or poor inlay沒有薄片脫膠，重疊及不良拼花
No  open veneer joint or glue line薄片沒有接縫不良及膠印
Correct  veneer matching正確的薄片紋理顏色搭配
No  boring or cutting tear-out沒有孔及撕裂
No  rough edges or uneven sanding or sanding marks沒有毛邊沒有砂痕
No  over or cross sanding不要砂穿或逆砂
Correctly  set squarely and no racking or wobble正確的組立順序，沒有晃動及搖擺
Moving  component work correctly & smoothly移動部件工作正常
All  bed side rail use bolts construction.所有床側都用螺桿組立結構
Dresser  need marking on back panel for mirror. 妝臺后背板裝鏡子的位置需標識請楚
All  fix & adjustable lever attached. 有安裝腳釘或調整腳
Correct  hardware boring location (this might be done during packing) 正確的五金孔位（可能在包裝時才鉆五金孔位)
All  door unit must have adjustable lever. 所有帶門的產品必須要裝調整腳
Mirror  use insert & bolts for attachment. 鏡子需有插銷/螺絲和鏍桿來組立
Chair  seat frame to use tenon & groove construction.椅座框用榫和溝槽結構
All  drawer interior very well sanded所有抽內砂光良好
Drawer  wood guides need hot melted to bottom.抽屜的木滑軌需要與底部接好
